14:00: Inloop

14:15: Voorlichting 10K

15:00: Masterclass

16:30: Einde masterclass

-------------------------------

As a founder, you need plenty of skills and knowledge to take your startup to the next level. This is why we offer a special 10K masterclass 'behavioral styles' during the Global Entrepreneurship Week. The goal: make more impact through insight into your communication!

This masterclass will not only be extremely interesting for every enterprising student but also a good example of the kind of masterclasses that are part of the 10K Pre-Incubator.

And we organize this master class from the 10K Pre-Incubator for small alumni of the 10K program as well as for students who are interested in applying for it (or if you just like to work on your knowledge and skills as an entrepreneurial professional).

In addition to the masterclass, there is also information about the 10K program where you can come and ask all your questions about this and register immediately.

Masterclass: Behavioral styles

What is it that you have an immediate click with one and always have an uncomfortable and difficult feeling with the other? That is just the case, you will think, but how nice would it be if you still learn and speak the other's language!

During the Workshop DISC you will gain more insight into the behavior of the people you have around you as a founder, and communicate effectively with different people in the environment of your startup. This is useful for every founder, always and everywhere!

Program of the Workshop DISC Behavioral Styles

-Lay personal DISC

-Explanation DISC

-Discuss personal cases

-Investigating behavior and effect on different person types

Result of the Workshop DISC Behavioral Styles

-You know yourself better on the basis of DISC

-You understand others better through insight into different behavioral styles that people display

-You know the impact of your actions and behavior on others

-You know how to deal with different people by communicating effectively

This masterclass will be given by Carreerwise

Program

The program consists of two parts:

We started with an education about the 10K Pre-Incubator program intended for anyone interested in joining in February.

Then there is a short break and the masterclass follows, which we then conclude with a question round.

Normally we would of course close this masterclass with a networking drink, but you still love our credit.

14:00: Walk-in

14:15: Information 10K

15:00: Masterclass

16:30: End of masterclass

We will confirm that you have attended the event (for this you must be able to use a webcam) and afterwards you will receive a confirmation of participation by email.

All events are in principle in English - unless the speakers and the audience are completely Dutch-speaking. But in both cases participation is always possible, the moderator is always willing to translate your question into English or the Netherlands
